Can you deliver and install on tight-access sites?Absolutely. Our prefabricated ITF modules only need 1 m of clear access—perfect for narrow driveways, hill-tops or remote sections. Onsite we simply slot everything together, even in spots other builders can’t reach.

What financing and payment options are available?We work with several local lenders to offer tailored finance plans. Internally our payment schedule is straightforward: a small deposit on order, progress payments as milestones are met, and the balance on completion. Talk to our team and we’ll match you with the best option.

What’s included in your cabin and kitset builds?Our kitsets include a fully insulated kitset floor, H3.2 timber joists and bearers, 19mm ply, Expol insulation, pre-cut and pre-nailed wall frames, rafters, purlins, fastenings, Colorsteel roofing, roof paper, and bracing. You can choose your own door/window styles and colours, cladding, and extras like expanding foam and flashing.
